Question : Hi, I'm getting very nervous but I have little bumps on my inner right butt cheek and I'm not sure what they are they appeared out of no where

Have you had such boils before ?
Have you shaved recently or had vigorous / anal intercourse, particularly with a new partner recently ?
These should subside on their own in a few days.
You can help by applying Mupirocin / Bacitracin antibacterial ointment / cream on it.
Just wash with lukewarm water and XXXXXXX dry.
Trim your nails.
