
What Causes Bumps On Right Elbow, Behind Knee And Inside Upper Thigh?

Question : my daughter, 9, has these bumps on her right elbow. have been there quite a while. in the last 6 months or so she has one more behind her right knee and a few more on the inside of her upper thighs. ideas? I posted free last night and someone suggested an eye ointment. hoping to get what it is and how to treat. they do not hurt or itch.

no, there is never ever a discharge...although its interesting it looks like, even in.the picture like there could be fluid? if it ever was it hardened

After thorough research I came to a conclusion that this could be predominantly an infectious lesion (possibly Spirochetal infection)
For confirmation I advise you to get a Serum VDRL test followed by skin lesion biopsy if VDRL is found negative.
Further management is based on test results.
