Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and need to ask you few questions:
Are these solid or fluid filled blisters?
Is she having pain, burning or other complaints on these lesions?
Is there any history of herpes in you or your girl friend?
Are these lesions present anywhere else?
Is this the first episode?
Kindly revert with the answers.

We think they are solid. There is no pain of other complaints. No history of herpes in either of us. This is the only place where they show up on her body. This is thr first 'episode'.
Is it possible its a flea bite or some other insect?'
Is it possible its a flea bite or some other insect?'
Brief Answer:
Insect bite reaction, topical steroid and antibiotic cream
Detailed Answer:
After going through your answers it seems to be insect bite reaction.
I would recommend her to apply topical steroid and antibiotic combination like cortisone cream and neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should subside it.
