Question : Are the bumps on the inside of my labia minora fordyce sport or warts? When the skin is stretched they are white/yellowish and they are hard if you squeeze them

The white spots seem to be just fordyce spots.They don't look like warts.

Warts are small growths over the skin and fordyce spots are just under the skin because they represent visible sebaceous glands.
So it is difficult to confuse warts with fordyce spots.In your case ,they are Fordyce spots.
