What Causes Bumps On The Penis?

Possible agogenital warts. Consider STI testing.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I saw carefully your photos and understand your concern.
They look like condylomata acuminata (anogenital warts) which it is a sexually transmitted infection.
They may go away by itself, because you are young and the body may fight them. If not, they will need either local treatment or kryotherapy.
But the most important thing is that you and your partner need to get checked for the other sexually transmitted infections. The male partner in general does not show symptoms, but may still have them and pass to the partner.
The recommendations are to do:
-- Chlamydia and gonorrhea by taking samples of secretions from the urethra
-- Trichomonas in the urine, and also a urine analyse to rule out a possible urinary tract infection
-- HIV and syphilis in the blood.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
Otherwise please close and rate the answer.

Recommendations are for both
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
The recommendations are for both and for all you explained me.
The urine analyse will rule out why the burning sensation, and also if the cause of it is a sexually transmitted infection.
The topical issues, may heal themselves in the next 6 months, and as I suggested above, if not better or if worse, then they may need topical treatment or Kryotherapy, which can be applied by a local dermatologist.
I hope this is more clear. But feel free to write back if you need more clarifications.
Regards,

It looks very likely too
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You are right to think about molluscum. The lesions are very similar to it, but not typical because molluscum has a dimple on the center, and I am not able to see that from the photo. If you can see it then it is for sure the diagnoses.
It is very contagious, and it appears after the imunse system of a person who has been in contact with the virus its weakened.
They still should go away by themselves. No need to do anything. Just keep in mind that if you will start to have a lot of them, then check your HIV status.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.
Regards,
