Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Since how long you these bumps? Are they painful? Do you have any vaginal discharge? Are you sexually active?
The bumps could be any of the following:
- genital herpes- they are painful and appear like blisters
-genital warts - they are not painful
- vaginal papillomatosis
-Bartholin cyst- this is a single cyst.
Examination by Gynecologist is important to confirm the diagnosis.
When you say heavy bleeding, I presume it to be period bleeding. If you are having heavy bleeding in every period cycle, you need to consult doctor and get some investigations done to find out the cause. In the meantime, take cyclokapron 1 GM three times daily after meals to reduce the bleeding.
The pain during peeing is because either because of urine falling on the bumps or because of urinary tract infection.
So please consult Gynecologist for evaluation.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Since you have had sex with couple of people, chlamydial urethritis, needs to be excluded. Please attend Genitourinary medicine clinic.
