Brief Answer:
Hair follicle inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of this bumps? Its quite hard to give precise answer not being able to see it.
Shaving is a very common reason of hair follicle inflammation. Tiny bumps in the hair area appear. This bumps can be little bit swollen and reddish. Whitish discharge can appear.
This is the most probable reason of your bumps.
Other like fungal infection or viral infection are less probable especially if there was not intercourse recently.

I suggest you to wash this bumps with water and soap and wear loose underwear. If this wont get better in few days, consult dermatologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Hair follicle inflammation it is.

Detailed Answer:
The white stuff (pus) should be drained. You may do it with sterile needle. This looks like hair follicle inflammation indeed. Washing, keeping it clean, loose underwear and pus evacuation should help.

Brief Answer:
Yes, this can happen.

Detailed Answer:
Yes, this can happen as well and can be a part of this infection. This does not change the treatment. Try to drain all of them. If there will be no improvement, dermatologist consult is necessary.
