Question : I have been getting burning, itching dry skin on my lips. different than chapped lips -
The only thing i have been eating differently is having a nutribullet shake in the morning with lots of XXXXXXX and spinach, and berries. I have never been allergic to any of these things before but could the combination of them be causing an allergic reaction?

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .

You surely seem to be developing an allergic reaction over your lips.
Now such an allergic reaction over the lips can occur due to contact with any irritant like a new lipstick, lipguard , cream or even foodstuffs that we eat.
You need to see what new has been introduced into your routine in the previous few days since when you have developed this allergic reaction .
As far as the treatment of the same is concerned , you need to apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice a day .
Avoid using anything else over the lips. Avoid foodstuffs which can be potentially irritant .
