Question : yes, I have been itchy and burning on my clitoris this past week and now I have a foul small in my vagina.

1) You have fungal infection of vagina superimposed with bacterial infection.

2) It needs to be identified as to which is the organism responsible for this infection

3) I suggest you get high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test to identify the type of organism responsible and the antibiotics it is sensitive to.

4) The antibiotics along with vaginal antifungal pessaries for effective remedy of the infection which has lead to skin irritation as well as foul smelling.

5) I see that you are on monistat which has not helped you. Above method of vaginal swab will help you.
