Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Two main conditions need to be carefully checked for excluded. The commonest in diabetes. It is important to get a fasting blood sugar done. Lack of certain Vitamins, especially of the complex B could lead to such sensations. Appropriate diet and Vitamin B complex supplementation might help.

Lack in ions like potassium, calcium and magnesium could also present as such. Doing a blood electrolyte panel could be useful.

In case you also experiencing pain or weakness in these areas it might be necessary to check for some kind of intoxication. Chronic exposure to alcohol could lead to such a feeling.

In case after careful review with your primary doctor symptoms persist, you could book an appointment with a neurologist.

Thanks and kind regards,
