                                            Meralgia paraesthetica
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
Are you Diabetic?
Are you overweight or use a tight belt over the waist?
Have you underwent any surgery recently?
You appear to be suffering from nerve compression called Meralgia paraesthetica. Here, the nerve that goes to the thigh gets compressed at the waist region possibly by obesity, tight belt, recent surgery to that region, Diabetes.
Kindly get assessed for Diabetes, Wear loose clothes and exercise regularly to keep fit.
Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month. This shall take care of the burning sensation. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Eat healthy. Keep well hydrated.
No need to take Aspirin. You can take Tablet Paracetamol or Acetaminophen with Tramadol combination twice a day for 10 days after meals.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
Regards,
Dr. Aashish Raghu
