Question : I am having issues with both feet. They tingle and burn on the bottom to the point of being painful. I also have some bruising on the sides of each foot and on the top of each ankle. I am 40 years old 6ft2 225lbs. I don't have a history of any diseases or other issues. I have had blood tests for vitamin deficiency or diabetes and that came out clean. Any thoughts on this would be helpful and any way I could relieve the pain if it gets worse.

Brief Answer:
peripheral neuropathy most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.

The abnormal sensations that you have such as burning and tingling are termed peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral Neuropathy is a condition caused by damage to the peripheral nervous system .Another possibility could be nerve compression in spine due to disc bulge.

Change your diet and remove inflammatory foods such as citrus fruits, dairy products and wheat that may aggravate the condition. Simultaneously increase your intake of potassium and calcium-rich foods such as bananas and avocados and green leafy vegetables
Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance of health and normal functioning of the nerve tissue and deficiency of it can lead to numbness. You can increase B12 level by taking meat and fish, or you can take tab methylcobalamine .

Some useful suggestion,
Remedies such as breathing exercises and meditation may also help reduce stress-related symptoms such as numbness and tingling
Stop smoking and drinking alcohol[if you take] as this can exacerbate nerve damage.
Protect yourself from the cold and extreme weather conditions.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care
