Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
In the way you describe it seems to be an endocrinologic disease.
Considering your symptoms I can think of Hyperthyroidism, which is a condition in which your thyroid gland produces too much of the hormone thyroxine. Hyperthyroidism can accelerate your body's metabolism significantly, causing sudden weight loss, a rapid or irregular heartbeat, sweating,Increased sensitivity to heat, fatigue, muscle weakness, difficulty sleeping,Skin thinning,Fine, brittle hair and hair loss.
To confirm or exclude this diagnosis you should do some thyroid tests that include :-TSH,FT3,FT4 and thyroid ultrasound .
I also suggest you to do some other tests to exclude other possible causes:
-Complete blood count to exclude an anemia that may be the cause of body aches, weakness, hair loss.
-Blood sugar level to exclude Diabetes.
-You also may need a cardiac check up to exclude heart disease.
If all these possible conditions are excluded by the tests and considering the fact that menopausa can occur in a range from 43-56 years old you doctor may consider the fact that you are in a premenopausal moment and all your symptoms may due to these situation.
I suggest to consult a endocrinologist and get these tests done in order to sort out the right cause and get the right treatment.
Hope my answer has helped you.
If you have any further question please feel free to write me,I will be happy to help.
Take care.
