Question : I have expereinc scrotum and penis burning contistentl for the last three years. I have used fungal creme treated for yeast infection with no results. I have herpes and i am taking valtrex. Do you think it is because of herpes.

I hope you got yourself checked for diabetes. It yes, there could be Dermatitis Artefacta ,meaning it is of psychogenic origin. Tab Mirtazapine 7.5 mg half a tab per day can be very helpful.
