What Causes Burning In Tip Of Penis And Anus And Frequent Urination?

I'm a 32 year old male.
I am currently suffering from a slight burnin sensation in the tip of my penis and a slight burning sensation in my anus along with frequent urination. This has been going on for almost 10 years. Symptoms usually come on all at once and last for a month or so before going away on their own. Ive been to countless walk-in doctors and emergengy rooms and am always given antibiotics that dont help and a vauge diagnosis of dermititus. It seems like i get relief when i stand up and move around but when i sit i feel the burning for sure. Im afraid its some kind of chronic prostate condition. Any help would be appriciated.
Please give answers to the Questions I asked
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read the history carefully; mentions about burning tip of penis and anus and frequent urination.
10 years means since you were 22 years old, young and energetic. - sudden onset- go away on its own- Antibiotics do not help- said to be dermatitis- feeling on sitting- you are suspecting prostate problem.
Please let me know few things before I could give you my ideas.
Is there color change / rash/ darkening/ itching / discharge ?
Any changes in bowel and bladder habits (other than frequency of urination), like lose / sticky motions / burning urination/ change in force or stream of urine?
Any other associated symptoms like , loss of appetite, weight, disturbed sleep?
Any effect on daily routine work/ office work/ sex life?
Any similar problems in your sex partner / spouse ( if you have) like white discharge? Any other sexual activity other than the normal one (please do not get offended).
Is this anyway related to your stress level?
Any medical problem like diabetes, thyroid problem or psychological draining?
Please understand one of these may be associated with your problem , which looks to be secondary to some original problem.

No itching. Just slight burning. And every time it comes back into my life its always the tip of my penis and surface of my anus at the same time. Never just one or the other
FDR= due to some allergen.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks again for an elucidate history.
After re-reading, it came to my mind that this is some sort of a FDR= meaning fixed drug reaction in our language BUT dose not mean that this is due to some drug always.
It may be due to some allergen that is causing this reaction to recur again and again at the same spot. This is coming simultaneously - same time- always.
It is practically very difficult to point out which is the allergy causing agent. Is it something in the foods / beverages/ atmosphere/ clothing / soap and oh my God this is endless. Only you can/ have to stretch the memory for the past and to remember for the future - you need to have very sharp memory about the possible exposure which instigated the next occurrence of your problem.
Our dictum is simple- anything under the sun - including the sun can cause allergy.
This may be a very mild form of an autoimmune problem too.
Take care about diabetes part as the part of the treatment for such lesions is:
Antihistamines / steroids ( not given in diabetes). Multivitamins , particularly Vitamin A and D taken in the therapeutic dosages help a lot recover from such problems. You have to take in consultation with your Doctor.

I have to ask just because of the anual re-occurance and my own paranoia but ive read that it is possible to get herpes inside your urethra. Could that be whats creeping up on me every year Should i go get tested again? Looking inside the tip of my penis i can see a sorta grayish patch of skin. It could be there all the time for all i know (i dont look into my penis inder normal circumstances). Many doctors have told me if i had hepres in my urethra id know it. What do you think??
get treated .
Detailed Answer:
Most welcome.
You said about the problem occurring at 2 areas simultaneously. If there is herpes in urethra it should manifest at both the areas you have mentioned.
You can certainly get this ruled out by the blood tests and examination by Urologist to get a correct diagnosis.
I still think about the fixed allergic reaction and please get treated on that line .
Discuss this with your Doctor and start the treatment. If you get the relief this is going to be diagnostic as well as therapeutic.
