1)Since when are you having this complaint?
2)Has this worsened over the time or is static?
3)Do you have any known disease?-Diabetes?or any other disease?
4)Do you have tingling or numbness in limbs?urinary difficulty?

In view of clinical history you have detailed,these symptoms should be evaluated for the possibility of peripheral neuropathy.Neuropathy in early stage,can present like this.I suggest that you should visit a neurologist in person,and get yourself physically examined.Some of the key findings on examination like-absent reflexes,sensory loss-are indicators of neuropathy.Further,you might have to undergo nerve conduction studies also to detect neuropathic changes.Next step however,is a neurological examination.
