Question:

After having the Prostatectomy I still have burning pains sometimes when urinating; I also have burning pain in my bladder and stomach and feet and legs.
Brief Answer:
Rule out urinary tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The burning pain during micturition could be from urinary tract infection like in form of urethritis or cystitis.
So, to confirm UTI you can investigate with urine routine microscopic examination.
If needed than urine culture and pelvic ultrasound also will be planned. If UTI confirmed than antibiotic prescribed accordingly. Meanwhile you can avoid excess spicy foods intake and fruit juice more. The burning pain in stomach could be due to gastritis for which antacid can be prescribed.
For burning pain in feet you can be prescribed multivitamin tablet. If no improvement than further work up like sugar testing, thyroid test etc. needed to rule out neuropathy. You can Consult urologist for physical examination.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
