Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well headcahe and burning sensation on upper back and down my arms seems unrelated . Only few condition namely cervical spondylosis, migraine can give rise to both these complaints .

Cervical spondylosis leads to headaches and pains radiating from shoulders to hands along with headache .For this an X ray of cervical spine is advisable to look for osteopytes.

Migraine along with headache can give rise to paraesthesias like burning sensation which settle on its own after settling of headache.

I will at present suggest you to take paracetamol 500 mg for headache relief .You can discuss these options with your treating doctor.

Take care.
