Brief Answer:
Possible lumbar disc disease?Needs confirmation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.
I understand your concern.
As per your clinical history you possibly seem to have lumbar disc disease.
This could either be degenerative disc disease or traumatic one.
In all such cases its very much advisable to have MRI lumbar spine to assess the degree and severity of the disease.
Further management whether surgical or medical is decided by the scan results.
Meanwhile analgesics like Tramadol can be taken on as and when required basis under doctor's consultation.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
