Question : For the past couple months I will all of a sudden feel my ears burning... they are actually very hot to the touch. It happens very quickly and the exterior of my ears appear bright bright red. Any ideas of what's causing this? I've been and the same meds for over 9yrs. I take Vyavanse 70 mg 1+ per day, Ritialn 10mg at noon bc the Vyavanse starts wearing off.

Burning sensation and redness are signs and symptoms of inflammation. You have mentioned that you have been on same drugs for years, so that is not due to medication. Adderall or retalin do not cause such symptoms. That may be due to some infection, so better to consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management.
