What Causes Burning Sensation At Lower Side Of Penis Tip?

Question: I have slight burning sensation at the lower side of penis tip which is more when lubricating fluid is discharged before sex. Actual ejaculation is also a bit painful. I also have slight feeling of un easyness in the lower most part of abdomen.

As an Urologist, i would advise you to get examined by a doctor, preferably an Urologist.
The exact site must be shown to doctor.
If you go with following reports, it'll save time.
Hb, RBS, VDRL, HIV, and an Ultrasound scan of the abdomen with TRUS-prostate.
urine routine and culture.
Drink 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
Many feel good relief taking lime juice twice daily.
