Question: hello I got burning feeling on top of my pennis at all time it feels like its inside
i slept with a girl last Friday and now i got 4 days of burning

You might be suffering from gonorrhea. As the incubation period for gonococcal infection is 1-14 days. This is one of the commonest STD which gives burning sensation of urehra.
Herpes genitalis is another infection which gives burning sensation. The incubation period for this is 5-14 days.

Is there any discharge per urethra?

there aint no discharge jus burning feeling so what do I do next

First go foe microscopy of discharge from urethral meatus.

If no discharge is present then pathologist will collect specimen after urethral or prostatic message.

Culture of the discharge can also be done.
