Dear sir, you need to get a urine analysis together with a culture and sensitivity test to indentify the type of urinary tract infection and the kind of antibiotic that will eliminate it.
it is also recommended at your age to take a PAS test and a pelvic ultrasound once yearly to indentify early cases of prostatic enlargement .
