Question : Hello Doctor,
I am having some stomach problem from few days. I have burning sensation mostly in night post dinner and have lots of gas.
I go to motion regularly and have stomach clean. But stool is loose with a burp and have some white froth along with stool.
Please suggest what should be done.

Also please note that I drink milk in night and we have change in diet from two weeks i.e we have added soyabean and chik pea in wheat floor.

Hello Doctor ,
Thanks a lot for your response.

I am having this issue from 4-5 days and I have not gone through any test yet.
This does not cause me to wake me up while sleeping , I have loose stool only when I go to loo and I normally go once a day.

The most likely cause is infection.
Stool test may be done to confirm it.

You continue taking Pant DSR and metrogyl.
Take probiotics along with them.

Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated.
