Brief Answer:
It can be due to anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that this burning sensation and cold feet can be due to anxiety. As you are also having difficulty in sleep and stress so It can also cause such symptoms. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Do not be panic as I believe you do not have any disease.
2.Take vitamin B 12, D3, and calcium to improve your bones and nerves.
3.If you feel difficulty in sleep or stress than a psychiatric counselling may help.
4.Check your blood to see of you still have anemia.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
