Brief Answer:
hypoglycemia, blood pressure need to be checked, dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It is Less likely to be related to the blood donation.

One being anaemia, it can present with similar symptoms I would like you to get HB estimation done it will give better picture. This is less likely as you have recently given blood.
Second being hypoglycemia, you need to get random blood sugar investigation done. Third being Hypertension and as well as hypotension, so get your blood pressure checked. Fourth being dehydration, it can b related to the external environment, so I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and fluids.

Burning sensation is likely to be due to GERD.
I would suggest few measures that will be beneficial.

A. Consume plenty of water. Keep a water bottle on the working desk and keep sipping water on and off as required. I also advise to drink a glass of water an hour before and after food to make sure of intake of adequate water.
B. Avoid excess consumption of tea/ coffee/ hydrogenated drinks.
C. Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
D. Antacids like Digene or Gelusil syp, 2tsp in 50ml of water three to four times a day half an hour before food.
You can also take capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily empty stomach, before breakfast for a week.

E. Maintain a gap of atleast 2 hrs in between dinner and going to bed. Eat frequent small meals instead of heavy ones and do not starve. Do not lie down immediately after food, walk for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Keep your head end slightly raised when sleeping
F. Avoid spicy and oily food for few days till the symptoms are resolved.
G. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat, dairy products, and add more fiber to your diet. Eat lots of salads, vegetables, fresh fruits,
H. Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Avoid eating fast and talking while eating.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
