Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Although you have checked your heart with an ecg this isn't enough to definitely exclude all cardiac problems.

This is why I strongly suggest to do the following examinations to definitely exclude cardiac problems:
- cardiac echo
- stress test
- holter monitoring

Only after excluding cardiac problems, your problems seems to be related to GERD or indigestion.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms :
- blood work
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
- test for indigestion

Meanwhile, I would like to suggest doing the following measures to improve your symptoms :
- eat often and small portions
- avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drink
- avoid spicy food
- consume healthy foods reach in fresh vegetables and fruits
- avoid unnecessary stress

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,

After reviewing your new data my opinion is that your symptoms may be related to GERD/gastritis and doing the above mentioned measures will help to relieve your symptoms.

Before giving my opinion about any treatment or OTC to help treating your symptoms I would like to have a list of your medications.

I'm waiting for the requested data to be uploaded.
meanwhile, wish you health!

Please follow the suggestions below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing more of your medical data.

The medication that you are using has side effects like:
- fenofibrate has side effect like mild stomach pain
- Metamucil can cause fullness and bloating, gas.

With regards to Pariet to my opinion you can increase the dosage to 40 mg per day.

You can low the dosage of Metamucil and increase the water intake.

Wish you all the best.
