Brief Answer:
Seems like gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Your symptoms seem like gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease.

I suggest you watch out for your stool color when you have bowel movement.

I suggest you proton pump inhibitors Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.

Avoid hot beverages like tea, coffee and alcohol as well.
Avoid eating out side food, junk, masala, spicy and oily food.
Eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables like salads.
Do not skip meals.

If you feel better with medication in next 3-4 days then continue medication for 4-6 weeks.
If you do not feel better and still passing black stools then better visit a Gastroenterologist to rule out the cause like gastritis which can cause bleeding in stomach and cause black stools. If doctor feels that then doctor would go for Endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
