Question : Having burning sensation in chest, throat, feet and intermittently in vaginal area. At times it feels like my whole body is on fire

The symptoms that you have mentioned as in burning sensation over chest , skin, throat , feet and vagina and feels that the whole body is on fire , indicates more towards typical HOT FLASHES .
These are typical perimenopausal symptoms which may indicate , cnsidering your age that you may be nearing or entering into your perimenopausal stage already.
This can be confirmed by getting a day 2 hormonal profile done and look for raised levels of FSH & LH levels.
please visit your gyno , and get evaluated for perimenopausal state.
