What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest While Breathing?

Seems like a URTI requiring antibiotics; and accompanied acid reflux
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
Firstly ma'am, the chest pain along with a previous cold and sore throat does indicate a possible upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) for which you will require antibiotic coverage (whether or not it is of bacterial source).
But this can also result in acid reflux, for which I have the following suggestions:
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid spicy food
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid overeating
+Avoid fried food
+Avoid tea and/or coffee
+Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger ones
+Avoid strenuous exercise
+Avoid smoking
+Avoid alcohol
+Avoid oily food
+Avoid fatty food
+Take 1 tablet of lansoprazole 30 mg every morning for at least 3 months
+You can also take 1 tablet of ranitidine or omeprazole 15 minutes before each meal, every time you experience such symptoms in the future
+Avoid stress
+Make sure you have your dinner (last meal of the day) at least 2-3 hours before bed time
I am sure you will feel much better and avoid all future recurrences of the current presentation if you follow my suggestions religiously ma'am. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

Of course you will be ma'am, don't worry so much
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Yes of course:
+Drink plenty of water
+And try to take either one of the antacids (e.g. ranitidine or omperazole)
+Also gaviscon syrup will surely help suppress the chest pain
Best wishes ma'am.
