Question: Hello, i have a sort of burning sensation in my penis. Sometimes i feel like in unable to urinate my full load when i pee. What could it be and what should i do about it?

Such symptoms are typical for urinary tract infection. If there is any redness around urethra and you have had unprotected intercourse recently chlamydia infection can be the case.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Urine analysis and urine culture should be done at first. Antibiotic treatment seems necessary. You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.
