Brief Answer:
explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query.
rib pain with normal mammogram can be due to costochondritis or osteoporosis caused by RA.
costochondritis can lead to rib pain which can be confirmed on CT scan.
DEXA SCAN will show severity of osteoporosis so that we can start medicine according.
I will advise you to consult orthopaedic doctor for clinical examination and further investigation.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
