What Causes Burning Sensation In Right Nipple Post Non Penetrative Sex?

5 days ago my boyfriend and I were making out and he ended up pinching and sucking my boobs a couple of times. Ever since then I have been experiencing soreness and kind of a burning sensation in my right nipple . Also I noticed small black dots on the edges and radish discharge from edge of my nipple. Is the soreness and bleeding normal? Is there any risk of infections if my boyfriend nibbled/bit my nipples slightly? Is there something I can do to ease the burning and the bleeding? What are the black spots? Are these things something to worry about? Its been 5 days since and problem is still not gone. . Please Help ! what I need to do

Soreness and burning can be because of the pinching and sucking.
You can apply Lanolin on it and it should be fine within 2 - 3 days.
Regarding the black dots and red discharge, that is slightly uncommon, but apart from the rough stimulation , there is no apparent reason.
An infection might be superimposed upon the raw areas if he nibbled or bit off the surface skin.
Can you upload photographs of the area so that I can comment better upon the black spots.
Avoid touching the area.
GO bra free or wear cotton comfortable bras, not underwired or lacy irritant ones.
APply Lanolin as directed.

thanks for your answer, i had never such an experience earlier before this time.and i uploaded photo as per your request also added discharge spot photo. discharge is very little. It is already 5 days.please inform if it is something to worry about or I can wait to recover.

No, there is nothing to worry according to me.
Having looked at the photos, it appears as if during sexual stimulation, the nipples were bitten off vigorously.
It is already healing.
The black spots are crusts of healing skin piled on top of the raw areas.
Give yourself one more week.
Avoid scratching, rubbing or removing these crusts or any handling during sex / foreplay.
Apply Lanolin as I said, it is the best emollient for hurt nipples.
Do not worry, within a week , it will heal.
