No don't have diabetes blood tested and post menopause came up wouldn't say restricted movement but does click a lot have tried anti inflammatory tablets

I have gone through your reply carefully and the clicking sound is produced by movement of joint and tendon associated. If this is associated with pain it could be sign of early arthritis.
My suggestion for you would be – regular whole body exercises especially shoulder and hip, hot water fomentation, prescription only drug pregablin (for burning sensation at hip) and vitamin B12 helps along with pain killer Ibuprofen.
If the problem persists, you may visit a local doctor.
