Brief Answer:
Most likely gastritis or GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I am sorry you are having this problem.

A few questions as more history always helps a doctor to know what is going on:
How long has this pain been occurring?
Is it constant, or increases under certain situations such as eating certain foods, lying down, or having an empty stomach?
How long does it last?
Have you had any vomiting that looks like coffee grounds or stool that is black and tarry?
Do you smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol?
How bad is the pain?

Most likely what you are experiencing is gastritis and/or gastroesophageal reflex. Initial treatment is an H2 blocker such as Zantac. Over the counter packages usually recommend 1 pill a day, but for treating gastritis you would need to take 150 mg twice a day. Depending on your answers above, you would just do this for a few days, or may need it for 6 weeks.

More info to follow your answers. Thanks.
