Thanks a lot for the answer....some additions to symptoms...no pain anywhere in stomach, stool normal light brown...
regarding the diet, I have a few queries....the Dr who prescribed Nexium here also advised to avoid fruits and salads....I was taking only watermelon, papaya & kakri; also dairy products he said a no no...the calcium interferes with the acid-medicine interaction. And yes, he replaced the Duspatalin with Dogmatil. Your I opinion on the same would help a lot.
I'll be travelling in a weeks time...so would like to be OK soon...
Any harm if I take saunf + mishri soaked water to cool my stomach?
I am using XXXXXXX words....
Thanks a lot again,
Regards,
XXXX

Hi
Seems you have missed the same instruction in first reply
I have suggested you avoid Spicy, fermented and fried meals
Avoid alcohol and smoking if used to
If you are allergic to milk protein do avoid milk products, else no idea stopping the same
It would take around four to five days for the medicines to work, have patience
As Flagyll itself is known to cause gastritis, I would suggest if there is no response, stop taking falgyll
Hope this helps
