Brief Answer:
Stomach ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to be giving a history distinguished with stomach ulcer. You need to undergo upper GI endoscopy to know the nature of ulcer and get this treated completely. The current medications that you take are standard treatment. If the biopsy of the ulcer on endoscopy reveals more details the treatment can be further added. Please do not take anything spicy. Antiulcer treatments with anesthetic help for the pain thus help you have meal.
The lump in the testicle needs mmore information and examination. Epidydimal cyst and spermatocoele present with lump in the testicles. Both of them are not related. A general surgeon would be able to diagnose it with examination.
Both of the above can be treated effectively.
