                                    Brief Answer:
You should take a ECG.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As you are having BP, heart murmur, pain in the left arm, it's better to take a ECG (Electrocardiogram) and exclude Ischaemic heart disease.
If heart disease is excluded, then the pain could be due to Musculoskeletal cause. I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
