Question : hi,

my husband feels burning sesnsation in both his underarms whenever there is sweat, apply talcom powder or use deoderant. can u please suggest what could be the cause and if he can use any medicine for it

Probably he has developed fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
