Burning/hot sensation in brain may be related to intracranial diseases such brain vessels aneurysm/vascular malformations, stroke etc.

If there is no cause found after completion of examinations, anxiety and depression may be the culprit.

In my opinion, imaging studies such brain MRI is necessary to understand better your condition.
