It goes away and comes back time after time while sleeping. I am in certain number of prescription medication for heart disease and have had two heart surgeries 1(bye-pass) 2( Aortic valve replacement). I am not a smoker of any kind, occasional drinker and almost daily exercises. Can you please give me some tips to discuss with my MDVIP doctor?

Brief Answer:
neuropathy?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

it sounds like neuropathy. Burning feet at night is a very common (and annoying) symptom of neuropathy. There are many potential causes for neuropathy including drugs, toxins (including alcohol), vitamin B12 deficiency, tumors, blood disorders, various autoimmune disorders, etc. Your primary care physician or a neurologist can establish the diagnosis and determine the cause.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
