Sir burning is in the tip. And also in the discoloration area some time. I also have some weight feel in the large discoloured area. Dint have intercorse for past 1 month .

What was the reason for no intercourse for one month? Glans looks better and near-normal now; use condom.

Burning was there in the gland area and can a cancer develop below skin of gland and mild discomfort is there in the gland area. Discomfort meant light heavyness feel. I should worry only if ulcer or lump or growth .

You can palpate the area and if you any nodule then only to worry.
Check in flaccid and erected position too.
MRI is one of the best modality to identify cancer in early stages.
Another is HIGH Resolution Ultrasonography (HRUSG).
Hence Palpate - MRI /HRUSG and your mind will be free from cancer-phobia.

Palpate meaning lightly pressing between two fingers can know if there is any nodule or so inside.

Palpate when the penis is not erected and when fully erected.

Since this is glans biopsy is not easily done to confirm as it would have been possible at other skin bearing area.

When inwash by pressing it it becomes full white. That faded area alone. What may be the reason. U
Have said its not cancer but my mind still fear for it because inhave not cleaned my penis after sex or masturbation and i have not even noted any smegma when inrarely pulled by foreskin.if smegma is secreated will it b white uneder fore skin or without white aloso .

A particular area becomes full white due to compression on capillary structure of the vascular system; try on nails, it will be similar.
Cancer necessarily is a histopatho diagnosis.
We are talking about clinical relevance.
Smegma is white and is supposed to be reason for cancer in patients where they can not clean at all due to tight phimosis which you do not have.
Please get high resolution ultrasound and/or MRI as it will help in further confirmation.
