Question : Sometimes i feel burning in my hands and
Forearms and i get bumps swollen
And then bruise

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would insist you to upload an image of the bruises when they appear. Taking methylcobalamine (a form of B vitamin) 1500mcg once daily for next few days can help. The bumps could be due to lymph node swelling but a detailed clinical examination is needed to be able to comment further.
