I understand how disturbing this could be. it is important first to exclude diabetes by doing a fasting blood sugar .

secondly, defficiences in vitamins could cause this. it is important to screen for the levels of the B complex vitamins in blood. vitamin supplementation can help.

a neurologic consultation and opinion is useful. have you changed job lately ? exposure to certain products like paints and agricultural products can cause neurologic disease.

I suggest you book an appointment with a neurologist. based on cause targeted treatment shall be offered.
