Question : My partner--58 year old woman--has "burning" pain sensations in her hips--both sides. She is not significantly overweight and has good health otherwise. Her sympton is frequent, especially after work activities--standing, walking, lifting. This has been happening for about 6 months.

Well,it may be reflected pain fork other organs such as urinary infection, but most commonly there is bilateral coxarthrosis, neural pain or vascular insufficiency. she should do urine analysis, hip X-ray for start. till that the should rest,take nonsteroid painkillers and apply ice. wish you good health.
