Question : Have terrible burning in my penis outer skin especially while peeing.. And frequent urination. I am really worried. What could be the problem? I started this burning after washing my penis with soap this morning

Need to rule out Diabetes .

Thanks for query .
Burning of the foreskin with painful urination at this age is mostly due to uncontrolled Diabetets and is mainly due to what is called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis .

Get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Blood sugar levels Fasting and post lunch to rule out diabetes
2) Swab tests and culture of discharge from foreskin
3) urine Routine and urine culture.

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti fungal medication Fluconazole twice daily orally along with topical anti fungal cream like Candid cream for local application .

Consult qualified Urologist after getting the results of the tests suggested .
