                                    Brief Answer:
How often do you urinate? How much volume of urine?
Detailed Answer:
HI,
With a condom, unlikely to be an STI. However, this can result from rough sex or you might have a urinary tract infection. How often do you urinate? Is your urine in smaller volumes than usual? If yes, then the possibility of a UTI are high. For now, let me hear back from you on these and will make conclusive and helpful recommendations promptly.
Until then, I wish you well.

                                    Brief Answer:
This is from irritation during intercourse!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is from minor trauma during intercourse. There is no reason to get worried. The nature of your urine as reported doesn't support a possible urinary tract infection. Above all, this is not in the least way suggestive of an STD.
I wish you well and keep me posted.
