Brief Answer:
Unresolved infection or side effect of sulphamethoxazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. You do not give much detail but the burning sensation can be either because the infection is unresolved, and in this case maybe sulphamethoxazole is not the right antibiotic, or it is a rash, which can sometimes be a side effect of Sulphamethoxasole.
If the burning sensation continues and it also happens during urination and you experience pain and fever, you need to see a doctor in order to have a urine culture to determine the right antibiotic for this infection.
If the burning sensation persists and you also notice red and hot skin, then it is most probably a rash and you need to talk to your doctor to discuss switching to another antibiotic.
I hope this answers your question. If you have further questions I'd be happy to answer them.
Wishing you good health and all the best.
