Brief Answer:
Regular bowels every day and high fibre diet
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you.
To prevent such burning in future, reduce spicy food. Plan regular bowels after morning walk every day. Try to reduce processed food and increase fibre intake in food. E.g No juice instead have a fruit. Try brown rice instead of white one.
Whenever you have burning feel you can apply ANOVATE gel. That day have tender coconut water twice.
Hope this helps.
