Brief Answer:
Might need help of upper gastro-intestinal endoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

I can understand your concern.
Burning in the throat might occur dure to gastro-esophageal reflux or in few cases by throat inflammation.
You are taking Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily.
I would advise you to take Pantoprazole 40 mg with domperidone 30 mg once a day tablet before meal with Liquid Digene gel -5 ml two times a day.

Pantoprazole results in increasing inhibition of gastric acid secretion.Domperidone helps to keep the entrance to the stomach properly closed, so that the stomach contents do not leak back up into the food pipe (oesophagus) and increases gastric motility
Digene Gel works by neutralizing the acid in the stomach.

Also do warm saline gargles.Avoid citrus and oily food which increase the acid formation in stomach.Eat slowly.Drink lots of fluids.Avoid Dust, smoke and other pollutants.Take a gap of minimum 2-3 hours between eating food and sleeping.

If after taking these above measures,if your symptoms are not relieved then it would be advisable to consult a Gastro-physician.Upper Gastro-intestinal endoscopy might be needed.

Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any follow-up questions.Get well soon.
